• Introduction to Assistance for Children with Severe Disabilities (ACSD) & Special Services at home (SSAH) applications
• Community resources & recreation opportunities

Service is available in person, virtual or by phone.

Foundational Family Services supports families of children and youth (under the age of 18) with an Autism diagnosis in navigating services and funding for their child. These services extend to families living in Simcoe County.
