Catulpa Community Support Services is a community-based, multi service agency supporting individuals and families throughout Simcoe County.

Our services include:  

  • Supports for children and adults who have developmental disabilities, and their families  
  • Wraparound services for families and individuals 
  • Early Intervention services  
  • CAP-C programs to promote the healthy development of children  
  • Supports for children with physical disabilities and their families  
  • Crisis Response for individuals with dual diagnosis  
  • Regional supports and Case Coordination for children with Complex Special Needs  
  • Inclusive Recreation Services

Catulpa Community Support Services’ philosophy is to provide support to families and individuals through partnerships. We are dedicated to providing services and programs that respond to the social-emotional, developmental and community needs of children, adolescents, families and adults.

Catulpa Community Support Services is a non-profit organization governed by a Volunteer Board of Directors.

 Catulpa Community Support Services is proud to present the new Connections Manual: A guide to transition planning for parents of children and youth with a developmental disability.  This manual, adapted from versions originally created for Toronto and York Region, contains valuable information, suggestions and resources for families who are assisting a child or youth with a developmental disability to transition from school to life as an adult.  The manual also contains useful tools and tips for everything from meeting with agencies, to assembling your transition team, to creating your child's transition plan.   There is also a resources section for each of the 5 areas covered by the manual.  The manual can be found by clicking the above link or through Related Links, and then clicking on Publications.
